The Board of Directors of QT Vascular Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, &ldquo Group&rdquo ) would like to update that on 13 October 2021, the Company&rsquo s wholly owned subsidiaries, TriReme Singapore Pte Ltd and Quattro Vascular Pte Ltd, had filed for a demand for arbitration against InnoRa GmbH (&ldquo InnoRa&rdquo ) with the American Arbitration Association&rsquo s San Francisco regional office, seeking declaratory judgements and damages of not less than USD1,000,000 from InnoRa (&ldquo Notice of Arbitration&rdquo ). For the avoidance of doubt, InnoRa has not responded to the Notice of Arbitration nor commenced any formal legal proceedings against TriReme Medical LLC as at the date of this announcement. The buying up of today shares is mainly due to the earlier announcement made by QT in Sep 2021 that the finalization of Dental Asia Acquisition will be concluded in Nov 2021 which is next month, around the corner & now is the time to load the shares. The update by QT of the legal proceeding case is to announce whether InnoRa will proceed to file a claim against QT subsidaries TriReme.  Apparently based on today QT announcement ,  InnoRa did not file any claim against QT' s subsidiaries,  instead QT' s subsidiaries file a claim against InnoRa.  Looks like QT' s subsidiaries have a strong case against InnoRa & good chance to be awarded the damages of not less than USD 1,000,000.00.  Looks like InnoRa has a weak case against QT' subsudaries , otherwise why InnoRa till todate is not filing any claims against QT' s subsidiaries.      waitlonglong2011      ( Date: 19-Oct-2021 00:24) Posted: This came late as it supposed to be responding by 10 Sep.  Anyway, its a dispute claimant and with the trades done before the news/info is out publicly, isn' t there is a insider trade done which should be to subjected to SGX query?
