Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Earlier Announcements. Further to the Earlier Announcements, the Board wishes to announce that the Company had received the remaining outstanding Equity Consideration and Loan Assignment Consideration totaling S$12,308,792 pursuant to the AMSH SPA (including the AMSH Supplemental Deed) the AMSH Second Supplemental Deed the AMSH Third Supplemental Deed and the AMSH Fourth Supplemental Deed, and there are no outstanding amounts."

I remembered my last encounter, this BB comes very slow and momentally, quite easy to catch, IMHO.
