although today no more buyers. at least no more sellers downwards for now haha. yesterday' s transaction prices was between 19c (34.9 lots) and 19.4c (70 lots) with both prices trancting with volume. | ||

sellers are probably afraid of horrible H1 results. I feel that its already in the price since we are now staring at nearly 10 year lows (net asset value had been increasing in the past 10 years). FY2020 is already a write off (we do not kow how bad but many other companies will do just as badly). Park Colonial development profits could possibly be the bright spark for FY2021 along with the normalisation of rental income from Sun Plaza after FY2020 is wiped out by this black swan event. | ||

Heeton Holdings
On June 19, Heeton Holdings alternate director to non-executive chairman Toh Gap Seng acquired 100,000 shares of the real estate conglomerate for a consideration of S$21,000. At a price of 21 cents per share, the open market transaction took his total interest in Heeton Holdings from 5.83 per cent to 5.85 per cent.
Mr Toh was appointed as an alternate director to non-executive chairman Toh Khai Cheng on April 13, 2018. Mr Toh Gap Seng has more than 30 years of experience in property development and investment business. Mr Toh is also the executive director of Hong Heng Co Private Ltd.
