YONGNAM SECURES FOUR SINGAPORE-BASED CONTRACTS WORTH S$23.0 MILLION - Two contracts for the supply, fabrication and delivery of structural steel kingposts for a new 12-storey block for the Singapore General Hospital and a mixed development project in Bidadari respectively - Two structural steelwork contracts for the construction of an industrial development in Singapore Singapore, July 10, 2018 &ndash Yongnam Holdings Limited (&ldquo Yongnam&rdquo or the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), a well-established structural steel contractor and specialist civil engineering solutions provider, today announced that the Group has secured four contracts worth S$23.0 million for projects in Singapore. For the first contract, the Group will supply, fabricate and deliver structural steel kingposts for a new 12-storey block for the Singapore General Hospital. Separately, the Group also secured a contract for the supply, fabrication and delivery of structural steel kingposts for a mixed development in Bidadari. Both projects are expected to be completed by the end of 2018. As for the remaining two contracts, Yongnam will supply, fabricate, provide surfacetreatment, deliver and erect structural steelworks and carry out associated grating works for the construction of a new industrial development in Singapore. The two projects, for the same industrial development, are expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2019. This is a big contract /30% of 553.8M and part of it will be in 2nd Q of this year. Yongnam balance sheet cld be better with this and hopefully winning more of their biding contracts.

YONGNAM&rsquo S JOINT VENTURE SECURES S$553.8 MILLION CONTRACT FOR NORTH-SOUTH CORRIDOR PROJECT May 23, 2018 &ndash Yongnam Holdings Limited (&ldquo Yongnam&rdquo or the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), a well-established structural steel contractor and specialist civil engineering solutions provider, announced that its 30%-owned joint venture with Leighton Asia has clinched a S$553.8 million tunnel and infrastructure contract, as part of the NorthSouth Corridor project. Leighton Asia, a leading international construction company, holds the balance 70% of the joint venture and is part of CIMIC Group Limited listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. Awarded by the Land Transport Authority, the N103 design and construction contract works include 640 metres of twin, three-lane vehicular tunnels, the underpinning of an existing expressway flyover, a new facility building as well as an entrance ramp and an exit ramp. This contract is expected to commence in the second quarter of this year and complete by 2026. Mr Seow Soon Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Yongnam, said, &ldquo Through our joint venture, we are delighted to secure the Group&rsquo s first design and construction contract under the North-South Corridor project. Hope they get it, then will cheong! --- CGS-CIMB - Yongnam/Leighton Contractors JV has been shortlisted as the potential contractor for the North-South Corridor (tunnel) package N103, with the lowest bid of S$553.8m. In addition to a 30% stake in the main contractor job, Yongnam could be entitled to c.S$50m of strutting work, based on our estimates. We expect the contract to be finalised in next 1-2 months and significant revenue recognition to start in 1Q19F |

YONGNAM STARTS THE YEAR STRONG WITH FOUR SINGAPORE-BASED CONTRACTS WORTH S$22.9 MILLION - Provision of basement structural steelwork for a development at Health City Novena - Three specialist civil engineering contracts for Thomson-East Coast Line and Circle Line 6 Singapore, February 1, 2018 &ndash Yongnam Holdings Limited, a well-established structural steel contractor and specialist civil engineering solutions provider, has secured four contracts worth a total of S$22.9 million for projects in Singapore. Under one of the four contracts, the Group will be supplying, fabricating and erecting structural steelwork for the basement of a development within Health City Novena, which is the integrated healthcare master plan development in Singapore. This contract is expected to be completed in early 2019. As for the other three specialist civil engineering contracts, the Group will undertake controlled demolition and removal works of Temporary RC deck works for ThomsonEast Coast Line Contract T211 Bright Hill Station. The Group will also design, supply, install and dismantle temporary steelwork for Circle Line 6 Contract 882 Keppel Station and Circle Line 6 Contract 883 Cantonment Station. These three contracts are expected to be completed in 2018 and 2023.
