0.655 now and still holding it. Hope this stock don't disappoint us. Waiting for more good news from 72 Loyang Way. DBS release a report buy call target price 73 cents. Let's see if it can really breech 70 cents again next quarter.
Even if dividends drop to 5 cents, at 70 cents still 7.14% which is still decent as a REITs.

Lol!! 66 cents are within expectation. Drop from 67.5-68 cents range after XD. Let's see next few weeks or months ba. But really need more news on the 72 Loyang Way.

No la. Because the whole q&a sound pessismistic. But is it their high occupancy also include the 10% occupancy? What Will happen after May? And assuming it is 40% rented at 72 Loayang Way? Will the DPU drop? And how much it will drop? Can anyone advice?

Haha how do you come to the conclusion that the management is not making wise judgment. Anyway, the two key information there is (1) Update on Loyang Way. (2) Update on renewal of expiring leases. For (1), It seems to suggest that the place is quite difficult to rent out, unless there is strong demand coming from industrial and marine, and O& G players. Current occupancy rate is 10%, and JTC also lifted the renting of 30% GFA to those specific industries. So maybe they can push the occupancy rate to 40% at a lower rental rate compared to previous period within 1-2 years? For (2), the management says they have managed to secured 260k sqft of leases. Not too sure how much of GFA is up for renewal. Can do a quick estimate to see how much of the renewal has been secured. By judging by the fact that overall occupancy rate improves, it should indicate that progression has been good. SIAS should have asked about rental rates which they renew too, to get a good handle on overall toplline figures. But can maybe search for some industry report/update to see if overall rental rate is improving, and whether demand for such space has been stronger this year.

Agreed with you. We won't be able to buy back cheap cheap at 0.64 anymore. At least 0.67..Company is still continue doing well. | ||||

See whether can go back 67 cents or more after 2-3 weeks XD, same as APTV. Those who sell maybe will sianz because cannot get cheap REITs anymore. :(
