Warrants are supposed to help raise funds and not pay out money.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think they stop buying above 0.395. reason based on my logical thinking is the 2017 warrants conversion is 0.40, so there is no economic sense for them to buy above 0.40. Warrants are supposed to help raise funds and not pay out money.
