Of course the big questions are 1) when will the announcement happen, 2) what is the strike price For now, apparently the volume has dried up and price seems to weaken. To those who still fancy a punt need to be very vigilant. Once you see the spike in volume before any announcement, that will be it!  You will need lots of patience and risk appetite  Good Luck all!

If a 3rd party is coming in to make an offer, it will be high because the current shareholders are unlikely to let go cheap. This is different from taking the company private by current SS who always offers peanuts to NAV
