Allocated towards the Group&rsquo s business expansion plans both locally and internationally, focusing on its core warehousing and logistics segment.

 

Soochow Singapore Capital Markets (Asia) Pte. Ltd. and Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. acted as the Placement Agent and the Sub-Placement Agent respectively in relation to the Share Placement. RHT Capital Pte. Ltd. acted as GKE&rsquo s Financial Adviser in relation to the Share Placement.

One of the local expansions will involve the planned asset enhancement at 7 Kwong Min Road, Singapore, which is owned and managed by our wholly owned subsidiary, GKE Marquis Pte. Ltd.
