RECEIPT OF APPROVAL IN-PRINCIPLE FOR THE PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION ___________________________________________________________________________________ The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Forise International Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ), and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 19 March 2020 (the &ldquo 19 March Announcement&rdquo ) in relation to the Proposed Share Consolidation (as defined in the 19 March Announcement). All undefined capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the 19 March Announcement. The Board is pleased to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the &ldquo SGX- ST&rdquo ) has approved in-principle the listing and quotation of up to 42,600,000 Consolidated Shares subject to:
The SGX-ST&rsquo s in-principal approval is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Proposed Share Consolidation, the Consolidated Shares, the Company and/or its subsidiaries. The notice of EGM and a circular containing, inter alia, further information on the Proposed Share Consolidation will be announced via SGXNet in due course. In the meantime, Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company&rsquo s securities. When in doubt, Shareholders and potential investors are advised to seek independent advice from their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers. Around August perhaps Did you see SGX keep scrutinising them internally for their Prisma deals? Very detailed questions asking. It will come back once the acquistion is approve and go ahead Anyway fund raising time soon also

No pain if he is the merchant or employees in the 🐒 business. No pain for the guy who bought ar low and sold at 0.012 and bought back 3 million monkeys at 0.009. Die pain pain for the nut case that cheers for share consolidation. Let me repeat, share consolidation is no good for any shares, especially with the current market sentiment.
