Further to the Announcements, the Board wishes to announce that the Company had, on 23 April 2020, allotted and issued 3,571,428 Adjusted Conversion Shares to a Subscriber at the Adjusted Conversion Price, following conversion of the Convertible Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of S$500,000, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The Adjusted Conversion Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares in the capital of the Company, save for any dividends, rights, allotments or other distributions the record date for which precedes the date of issue of the Adjusted Conversion Shares. Following the allotment and issuance of the Adjusted Conversion Shares, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 580,984,234 Shares to 584,555,662 Shares. The Adjusted Conversion Shares will be listed and quoted on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and trading of the Adjusted Conversion Shares will commence from 9.00 a.m. on or about 27 April 2020.
