x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Of the 5 companies in my portfolio, 4 have reported their results ... ISEC, Singapore O& G, Excelpoint n Lippo Mall Trust. Except for Lippo Mall Trust, have all reported improved revenue and profit. ISEC and Singapore O& G have declared higher interim dividends. This is a good sign. Of the 5 stocks Lippo Mall Trust has the highest dividend yield. Its recent result was below last year due to higher tax n weaker currency. I am looking at Lippo Mall in terms of 3 to 5 years as its a good exposure to the biggest economy in Asean. It has the highest number of middle income in Asean n its still growing. Note that Indonesia is a growing economy n its going to take years before its matured. Lippo Mall is the biggest retail trust in Indonesia. Long term, it should be good. In the meantime i am happy with the 8% yield while i wait.

The reasons for its inclusion in my portfolio are: 1. excellent dividend yield of 10.79%. However, i am expecting a lower yield going forward due to a weakening currency n higher tax. The expected dividend is around 2.8 cts giving a yield of 8.9%. 2. exposure to the biggest economy in Asean. Indonesia is at present the biggest economy in Asean. 3. Exposure to a huge middle class, the biggest in Asean. Its expected to grow much bigger. 4. Exposure to the biggest retail trust in Indonesia. Lippo Mall is currently the number 1. 5. Indonesia is a growing economy n it will take quite a number of years before it is matured. This means that they are still lots of growth in Indonesia. 6. Its currently trading near its 52 weeks low of 31.5 cts. The 52 weeks low is 30.5 cts. The high is 46.5 cts. I believe that Lippo Mall has a lot of rooms to move forward in the coming years. Personally, I am intending to hold the stocks for a few years n collecting dividends in the meantime. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Media Release Chasen Holdings Wins S$10.2 Million Relocation Contract in China Singapore, 30 July 2018 SGX Mainboard-listed Chasen Holdings Limited (Chasen or the Group ), which offers turnkey relocation, third-party logistics as well as technical and engineering services, said today its subsidiary in the People Republic of China has secured a RMB51 million (S$10.2 million) contract to help fit out a state-of-the-art flat panel display manufacturing plant in Chuzhou, Anhui Province. Chasen Hi-Tech Machinery Services Pte Ltd, which is based on Chuzhou, will provide move-in, warehousing and related logistics services including rigging for the 8.6th Generation thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display (TFT LCD) manufacturing plant. The project will run for 16 months from September 2018 to December 2019. Mr. Low Weng Fatt, Chasens Managing Director and CEO, said: This is the first project Chasen Hi-Tech has secured in the same neighbourhood since it relocated to Chuzhou from Shanghai in 2017. Its ability to so quickly land a contract of this scale in Chuzhou reaffirms our established specialist relocation track record in China. We expect this project to contribute positively to our overall results for the current and subsequent financial years.
