Just type a letter stating yr cpf Inv acc no., no. of vard shares, date of EGM, indicate " NO" vote and mailed it to DBS Bank T& O operation, CPF/SRS Operation, 10, Toh Guan Road, #04-11 DBS Asia Gateway S(608838) and to reach 6 days before EGM date. Do it now and send, we cannot afford to wait for proxy form, which may be mailed late to us!

They have multi millions of contracts, profit not booked in yet!                          A telegram group            www.t.me/vardsg  is created to get  a proxy of 10% of total shareholdings that is 118 million of Vard Holdings to block  Fincantieri' s effort to delist VARD during an EGM.                              Retail investors stand up for your rights! We must act fast!                        Finacentieri is owned by Italy' s SWF. They are like our GIC. They can afford to pay a higher price! Now they are only pay $50 million to buy the rest of 17%.
