VCAM conversion price is $0.003. Their last sale was 21 June 2019. Not sure if they sold today. Maybe with Reenova&rsquo s MOU with Shenzhen listed China Nonferrous Metal, they also want to wait and see. Good thing is $0.003 is the floor price for the CB conversion, so downside is capped. |

After reading it, it seems the earth is similar to that found in southern china which NFC has the know how on extracting the area. As there is an urgency to find more REE outside China, will ISR Cap be at the right place at the right time? As more than 50% of its biz is REE, it will be reclassified as a MOG play- a highly volatile sector if nothing can be found in the ground.

Strangely enough, NFC had already signed an MOU with the original holders of the concession on April 20, 2011 (see: http://www.tre-ag.com/investor-relations/regulatory-news.aspx?sc_lang=en ) and apparently withdrew soon afterwards. Why would they sign a new MOU with ISR now? Back in 2011 rare earth prices were much higher than today. | ||||

Now with ongoing US-China trade war, suddently rare earth elements became the focus. China wants to develop its own tech and wants to export lesser and lesser. The whole tech world is held hostage by such move. Many start rushing to find REE outside China. Due to a loan default, ISR holds 75% of the magadagascar project. Recently it signed a mou with NFC (china state owned enterprise listed in Shenzhen Stk Exch) for a EPC contract in which NFC can invested in the project. It is those death spiral debts that are dragging ISR. Why dont NFC just buy some of it? So far only 2 REE related stocks are listed in SGX. | ||||
