Despite the strong sell down in penny stock recently, Yamada comes to reasonably good entry price if considering it is backed by rich Singaporean and Singaporean company. Don't miss the boat. My TP is ~27c the Yellow Page entry price. | ||

Yamada Green Resources Limitedannounced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fuzhou Wangcheng Foods Development Co Ltd. (Wangcheng) has entered into a multiple credit facility agreement with the China Everbright Bank dated 19 August 2013 in relation to a credit facility of up to an aggregate principal amount of RMB40 million to be extended by the Bank commencing from 22 August 2013 to 21 August 2014 (Facility Agreement). Pursuant to Facility Agreement, Wangcheng had on 2 September 2013 drewdown an amount of RMB20 million granted by the Bank for the purposes of working capital. (Closing price: S$0.20, -2.439%) | ||

Largely yes, good news is they eventually received the logging license for the bio-asset and should help reduce with their future raw material cost. Personally for me, I take the opportunity to exit during the price hike due to Sam Goi's saga. The injection of cash from Sam Goi led to value dilution, and he actually bought the share at a huge discount over its NAV, so it seems logical to unload when market somehow response positively to the news and push the price above its NAV. For now, as the selling price of mushrooms seem to be declining, will wait for better visibility on a healthier cash flow before going long on this counter again. Meanwhile, will probably just load with a trader mentality and not hold it for more than two weeks.

for my point of view is because US GOV shut down, when the company do some related business with US, it will drag you down during this period. When problem solve in US, it will go up to the price it should be. if really interest in Yamada, monitor closely. for me is consider as a 2 month term investment. when it started to move up will add in some more. |
