I don see any exit offer made:
1. Founding family not rich enough Else they will not desperate to engage Value Asset 2. Any offer. Value Asset will be the first to dump 3. NAV price is BS. Value stucked in unmoved inventory. Too much of flatulence. SGX smelt enough German gas. Time to delist it. I support. |

They only extended once and Covid time still can be profitable. SGX based on FY2020 results ended in February 2020 and the trading volume of the last six months to force delisting. Like that a lot of companies will go into watch-list
