Usually it comes with some " attractive" news and the price moved up 1 cent or so, then there were dumped and your " posts" followed simultaneously. If coy sell asset and gotten cash, what do they normally do with the $$$.    Return to shareholers?  Siao.  No obligation at all.  Shareholder is last in the line even behind so call working capital (which is a legally valid reaason employed by coy to suck out all the cash to pay themselves handsome salary).  Of course mgmt first take a cut for thir so called good performance.  Then bank gets their repayment.  Then CB holder gets their interest and principle back.    Then if so lucky still got breadcrumb leave, keep them for working captial.  Shareholder wait long long.  End up as giraffe also wouldn' t get a dime back one. Also this coy basically got two groups of market products.  One group is selling badly but still earn some revenue and one which is of greater prospect but ofc no sale figure to boost about. Sell the first group and you lose the only revenue generating source making your bottomline worse even faster.  Cashflow problem become worse even faster as well. Sell the second group and you lose the porducts that can potentially be the next big earner and the coy simply ended up with medicore products without any proper prospect. So how can selling asset be good in any case.  It is just BAD BAD BAD. If sell coy, the acquirer will takeover debt, potential and more importantly RISK from existing shareholders and you get money back by surrendering your shares. Unfortunately, desparate people are desparate and acquirers are not so stupid to takeover a technically bankrupt coy.  They are only after the good bits and none of the bad bits.  Since the coy has no bargaining power, they have to take whatever deals there are on the table. People interested in acquiring asset is no a samll news but the coy releasing it in such haste and manner shows their immaturity and irresponsibility towards their shareholders.  Worse if they have hidden agenda.  QTV mgmt has more than once play out their shareholders with this kind of tactics by raising their hope with their hopeful comments but delivering real damage in the end.  Those who have ganna bitten on the state law suit knows exactly what I am saying. Release good news which are uncertain.  Price spiked on opening.  Hopelessly deparate people quickly buy in as they are either holding on to huge losses and wanted to " ride the good news" out.  Then price slowly decscend.  Clearly a sign of some big holder offloading slowly. What normally happens the so called good news is followed by a BIG PIECE OF REALLY BAD NEWS like lose court case.  So those desparate people ended up holding more of the dead babies at higher price. Some people never learn. Q1 results should be out within the next two weeks.  Let see how their cash position pans out.  Cash never lie (ofc unless they have the same traits as S-chips!!!))
