I would have thought otherwise. With the opening up of economy, more gloves might be needed as they have already mentioned that their specialty gloves ar for F& B and medical uses. Furthermore its cliente for gloves are not only restricted to Singapore but a much bigger market oversea too. And since production cost reduction > drop in ASP, one can expect profit margin to stay healthy. But of cousr all these may be just salesman talk by the company. So lets hope the comnig result will give us more insight on that since it would have taken into consideration a full qrter of sales. Knowing the situation of the company better than any of us, Raymond had already snap up and additional 10 million shares at 9.9 cents (or is it 9 cents?). I believe he is expecting more exciting things to come moving forward. Increased e-recycling capacity + venturing into the elevated demand of healthcare products + disposing of not-so-profitable business arm may be key to the success of the business. Im looking forward for this company to become the next super 800 + riverstone. Huat to all longist!!

This company didn' t use cash to buy the glove company only use shares maybe don' t need to rase right issue...some more glove company promised profit contribution too!!..
