The bid will provide Blumont with the following benefits: 1.        Competing with Cakra over Cokal, make the latter look more attractive.  2.        Most of Cokal major shareholders are rich entities and funds. If they accepted Blumont' s shares offer, they will have a stake in Blumont and will help to prop up Blumont share price. 3.        Platinum partner, the parent of Wintercrest, is also a substaintial shareholder of Cokal. If Platinum partner converted to Blumont shares, they have an interest to convert their Wintercrest Loan into Blumont share too.             Blumont can try to market Cokal bid as a protection from Cakra takeover. Telling Cokal shareholders that the company is undervalued currently due to subdued coal (and oil) price in the macro environment. Coal (and oil) price is expect to recover in later this year, therefore it is unwise to sell their Cokal shares at a low price now. Instead they could accept Blumont shares to continue gaining exposure to Cokal asset while enjoying the diversification into uranium industry as well.   Due to the limited resources Blumont&rsquo s currently has, management should try consolidating the company footing among existing asset as it is much more efficient than pursing new assets like Elysium Resources.

Keep aimlessly launching supplementary bid for Genesis.  Including today' s bid, it has been the fifteen statement already and all Blumont has is a pathetic 1.43% stake in Genesis.  I mean come on, the same time and resources could be spent on doing something more meaningful than spamming bid statement !

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not too much... and I don' t live on empty hope... I admit these shares that I' m still holding is one of my first trading mistakes that I did as a beginner... Everytime I see it, it reminds me to do due diligence very carefully befofre I throw money to any counter.... It acts as somekind of reminder now... Now I' m busy with other counters and trying my best everyday not to repeat the same mistake again...  If Blumont is busted one day, its okay, money can find again, we die later also can' t bring money to afterlife... if Blumont chiong, that' s okay too, not great, because my heart has become numb now so whatever the outcome is, let it be... x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Honestly such stock is dangerous, and could be bad anytime should SGX gets crazy about dealing with penny and 1 cent stocks that ask for rights.   Saw several of them suspended these days when asking for money, eg. SweeHong, JES, etc. Actually the culture is bad, asking for money. Provided they have a good plan, for business and not for paying debts built through inefficient business management, rights are ok.

Blumont management just has to work very hard since based on the data above, Blumont got a quite of fan base there...

What a way to get investors' money for short-term reprieve. Useless company! Is raising money for business expansion to benefit shareholders in the long term, that's a totally different story
