Notice of 3 Consecutive Years' Losses Date & Time of Broadcast 03-Apr-2019 06:59:20 PACC OFFSHORE SERVICES HOLDINGS LTD. hereby gives notice that: (i) it has recorded pre-tax losses for the three (3) most recently completed consecutive financial years (based on audited full year consolidated accounts) and (ii) its latest 6-month average daily market capitalisation as at (a) is (b) a) Date 01/04/2019 b) Latest 6-month average daily market capitalisation S$360.66 million The Company wishes to draw investors' attention to Rule 1311(1) of the Listing Manual which states that the Exchange will place an issuer on a watch-list if it records: pre-tax losses for the three (3) most recently completed consecutive financial years (based on audited full year consolidated accounts) and an average daily market capitalisation of less than S$40 million over the last 6 months. Investors should also note that pursuant to Practice Note 13.2 Paragraph 2.1, the Exchange conducts quarterly reviews to identify issuers to be included on the watch-list. The quarterly review will take place on the first market day of March, June, September and December of each year. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	To be fair, POSH' s listing happened just before the oil crash n the px of 1.15 was probably defendable.  The future seems bleak for coys like POSH now with shale the new disruptor n oil probably won' t revisit 100 USD anytime soon.  But I believe coys like POSH will remain relevant even with the new landscape provided they are able to reinvent themselves to meeting the  evolving needs n costs (perhaps more appropriately cost consciousness) brought abt by the shale revolution.  For POSH, until it does, there' s every possibility for share px to tank even further before any meaningful recovery.  So, yes, exiting first may be a wiser move for now.  lukewong82      ( Date: 07-Dec-2018 19:13) Posted: Ya.. another example where the share price keep sinking until 20+ cents, then below 10 cents.. now trading at 8 cents ==> NAM CHEONG I think getting back 18 cents now instead of regretting later may be a wise thing to do lukewong82      ( Date: 07-Dec-2018 19:11) Posted: 3 years ago, I bought Pacific Radiance at 73 cents. Then oil price starts to drop at the start of the oil price crash. Things are looking bad. I cut at around 71+ cents. Incurred a small loss but i could sleep better at night. As I see Pacific Radiance slowly going South , I think many shareholders would be reluctant to cut loss. Even at 20+ , 30+ cents, there were still ppl who still harbour hope of the share price rebounding back above $1. The share price continues to sink until less than 10 cents and end up suspended with losses piling up after suspension. Even if trading resume after massive dilution, I suspect will only trade for a few cents. What I see in POSH now is what was happening to Pacific Radiance.  At 18 cents now, U still can sell and savage something. It may end up like Pacific Radiance. Just providing what I gone through, 18 cents is better than 0 cent.. that' s how i feel.
