i am one of them and frankly. lost money. NAV of counter is $1.58 with projects soon to be completed and thereby realising even more value, I personally think this is an SUPER UNDERVALUED offer and will vote no for it. this is totally tycoons short changing OPMIs again unregulated by talk only but do nothing SGX |

Still halted, so I think could be a major announcement. I think announcement will only be released over the weekend, so lifting of trading halt will be earliest Monday .

I believe there is debt repayment due this year. So might raise equity via rights, or take company private to restructure the debts. Maybe have the shareholder loans to cover.
