x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This  is not SPH or other large companies with good corporate governance this is a shady company with the the 2 directors tainted with corrqquption investigation against them everything in this company is cornered  in favor of the offeror Nordic Group i dont think there will be any offer at a higher price for the simple reason that the new offeror would not want to be at the mercy of the 2 directors who will still be running the company after the take over because the nature of the business makes them indispensable. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Looking at the market depth and price action, they wanting to get it as cheap as possible, 0.23 on the mark. If lucky, maybe 0.235 can get. I doubt they will raise the offer price, seems like they really determine to get it. 3 months is a good wait to get slightly more 0.008. If you have 100k shares that?s 800 more for a 3 months. Doubt much retailer would wait for the sake of opportunity lost. So, your choice mate. Cheers.

So it is very likely the offerors offer at this price now rather than later which may shoot up. It is best not to sell at all cost
