Hi, Any one know why Roxy trading is halted ? If i sell today, i still can get the Bonus issue and Div right. Thanks for advice. I m noob.

did some research. gathered these info: 75% sold for Navian, 40% sold for Harbour View as at 3 April. some blogs https://heartlandboy.com/roxy-pacific-holdings-limited-initiation-report/ analyst TP: DBS- 69 cents, OCBC- 66 cents

sorry no idea, i bought this share cause the outlook and analyst recommendation looks good en-bloc and recovery in the sector seems bright just wondering all the share buy back and substantial increase of shareholdings and voting rights is there a chance of privatisation? |

the share price will dilute if not wrong, else the market cap will increase 10% leh. anyway, pretty sneaky, they doing a lot of share buyback. this counter stuck v long alr the price

Property counters have very limited songs to sing now,  China build finished liao, currently this counter roxy pac into property? If there are debt issuance may mean the company selling iou to share holders, As if Change your cash into iou = their debt. What they use the cash for is crucial, sometimes can be good also. But property is either build and sell or build and hold, pay property tax to Govt now seems like property is in oversupply mode after earlier years of overdrive property boom |

Many stocks all say until so good, n actually many really good, but look at share px - all kena controlled by chng kays. They keep forcing px down when they like. Roxy got so much revenued already sewn up. Last yr, share px close to 60c. Now < 50c. How to hold stocks for longer term as investment?
