Impact on shareholders of Ossia International Ltd - if 2) then depend on exit offer price. e.g. Pertama Holdings exit offer was 65c (at 24.5% premium over last traded px), ITG exist offer was 12.7c (about 18% above 1-mth weighted average px as shares seldom traded). Based on Pertama & ITG recent exit offer, I expect 40c for Ossia International Ltd.  vs today px 31.5c (+27% premium). If 1) RTO - this is a better outcome. then can expect higher gain for existing shareholders vs. 2) above.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ppl are confused because of this: Ossia Holdings Pte Ltd and Ossia International Ltd (OIL) are 2 separate entities. Pte is the private vehicle of Goh Brothers (not listed) vs OIL which is the listed co and majority owned by Pte. Pte also owns VGO which is another listed co. and ITG (previously listed but recently privatised). The original intention of Goh Brothers was to have OIL owned ITG to drive its e-commerce business. But instead ITG was taken private recently by Pte. OIL previously owns part of Pertama Holdings but was privatised by Australia parent (Harvey Norman) recently. Bottomline is this. Restructuring of both OIL and VGO is on-going but only the Goh Brothers know when it will be announced. Today' s high vol of 2.5m at noon @ weighted averge price $0.3225 - with > two-third grab from sellers.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I don' t quite understand how to interpret the company financial statement.  Based on 30 May, the finanical statement of this company shows the NAV of the company is 15.55 cents.  Does it include all the investments that Jackpot2010 mentioned?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If i am not wrong, they own Havey Norman via Pertama. Ossia also owns some VGO and previously IT Group. At this point of time, i dont know what corporate action Ossia is undertaking, but definately, Ossia is worth more than 30cts.
