Rev drop is not just due to upgrade, also do to lower China tourists. But this also impact other hotels and related industries. If you are a trader, you should not even be looking into this counter as it is very tightly-held by the owner but if you are an investor, you should take this opportunity to review and see any long term business prospect. Vested. |

finally some1 who gets things. if u cant tell diff between lower rev due 2 temp closing for upgrades n lower rev due 2 deteriorating conditions u re prob better off staying off fin statemnts n jz sticking to price charts

Global Premium Hotels Q2 profit falls 22.2% GLOBAL Premium Hotels Limited on Wednesday posted a 22.2 per cent fall in net profit to S$3.81 million for the fiscal second quarter ended June 30, 2014. Turnover slipped 5.6 per cent year on year to S$14.52 million Earnings per share for the reporting quarter was 0.36 cents. Profit for the six-month period was 15.8 per cent lower at S$7.76 million, or 0.74 cents per share, while turnover fell 5.5 per cent to S$28.29 million. |
