INTRODUCTION The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of STATS ChipPAC Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) refers to its announcements dated 30 December 2014 and 30 March 2015 and its circular to Shareholders dated 30 March 2015 (the &ldquo Circular&rdquo ) in which the Company set out details of its proposed distribution (the &ldquo Distribution&rdquo ) of its stake in its Taiwan Subsidiaries to Shareholders by way of a proposed capital reduction exercise to be carried out by the Company pursuant to Section 78G of the Companies Act (the &ldquo Capital Reduction&rdquo ).

If I am not vested I wouldn' t chase now but I managed to get some at 47 cents after news released. I am looking to unload it at .485. If you are vested can hope USD continue to appreciate against SGD as purchase price is in USD.
