x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	See all ur frustrations, having been with this stock for so long n investment seem to keep shrinking.  As shareholders, good to let management know how u feel n put the pressure on them to buck up.  But I think truth is behind the wayang (which everyone engages at an AGM to get shareholders off their backs), the management might be thinking theat they are already doing what they can n need to do to shore up thei coy.  N that' s probably the reality  that comes to my mind.  Hope I' ve not hurt anyone here, but that' s a likely reality scenario that I' d like to share.  Cheers.  creamyazure      ( Date: 16-Dec-2015 13:45) Posted: Hi Bro, feel sorry for you stuck at that level. What I see is a very gloomy scenario rather than a rosy one, just like an over loaded vehicle is running off fuel when climbing up a long slope with a faulty break.   Simply look at its last 5 years key performance factors such as ROE, EPS and profit margins, you can easily tell where it is moving to... While its net profits sink drastically and profit margins shrinks approaching to 0%(watch out for this year!), its net debts(and gearing ratio) ridiculously shoot up like a rocket. If in previous golden years of the loan market(with extremely lowest interest rates), Hyflux' s net profit already dropped like free fall, how to face the forthcoming high interest era with a fast-piling debt burden?   What a mission impossible!   Year after year, I brought back wonderful illusions from AGM, then return to next AGM with more disappointments...   ecekca      ( Date: 15-Dec-2015 15:14) Posted: wanna share what you found about their performance figures? creamyazure      ( Date: 15-Dec-2015 14:26) Posted: Apparently, everybody can sense something  bad is happening&hellip   I wouldn' t worry too much on the current price tumbling if Hyflux fundamental performance were improving instead of deteriorating drastically. However, my fear becomes intensified every time I look at Hyflux performance figures to figure out what is actually happening and what will happen next. Extremely upset on Hyflux' s current situation!!!   No matter how I love this stock emotionally(esp. every time watched Hyflux marching proudly in NDP parades), as  serious investors,  we have to face the reality that the efficient market always eventually fairly determines where its stock price should move to, by honoring the law of gravity, only based on its true fundamental performance instead of any unrealistic rosy pictures or wonderful illusions crafted.   Every stock is subjected to the efficient market' s rational judgment no matter how high it had ever flied. No stock escapes, NONE!    Hope the management team will hear our feedbacks and do it right QUICKLY before too late

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Ok.Who is Chng Kay? The best is don't play stock then yr $ will not be affected .Most of the time u made a few hundreds here n there but end up losing for a Few thousands lost counter . Holding on hoping it will get better but some counters really can't make it .

India, other parts of Asia, Africa where opportunities present, they' d probably tender for them.  N yes, the concern short-term is possible cash call.  Otherwise, if mkt improves (which for sgx u always put ur if in extra large n bold font), I think can reverse to 60-70c next 12 mths.  1.50 is probably for 3 to 5 yrs down the road when sustained revenues flow in from the desalination n incineration plants, with sale of electricity a bonus.  If executed well, n this crazy mkt is no longer so doom, maybe even 2+.  latebird      ( Date: 16-Dec-2015 12:28) Posted: The feeling I get is that they are trying very hard to win contracts in China, but it is getting tougher as there are more Chinese companies doing desalination now.
