So is that forumer coming in to absorb all those hundreds of million shares placed out and more to come? Employees, GEM and bond holders will dump as much to their advantages |

To me it is a good news. Was worrying they were not able to pay the bonds. Now clearer now and they have only few millions left to repay. When they complete the sale of assets, the bonds could be redeem in cash...DYODD | ||||

Honestly, we need to sell this counter down to one-tenth of a cent ($0.001) so as to teach the mgt a lesson depleting their investments in the company to almost zero. Shareholders will then benefit since it would be dirt cheap and CEO and concerted parties would become bankrupted, possible. Subsequently just wait for an outsider to step in to control. Vested in a few lots only. This thinking is it correct or not? Lol. |

NOTE TO holders:
With this issuance to GEM, our dear EDB is no more visible as it's holding now fall below 5% so even if EDB quietly sell off it's holding at a big loss, we also won't know. QTV is best at diluting shareholders' value. From getting money to run it's business by issuing huge amount of share at dirt-cheap price like GEM, to constantly awarding employees with shares in-lieu of salary in cash. Add to rub salt to the bad wound, lend shares to 3rd parties to don't know for what, for them to short and buy back even cheaper?
