x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	For Covid-19 affected stocks, i have using their pre-Covid prices at around end Jan 2020 as a gauge on where they can bounce back to eventuallu if a vaccine is found, assuming fundamentals remain unchanged and there are no new corporate developments. SATs was at around $5.10 at end Jan 2020. Which means the upside is around 20%. But when compared to other similarly Covid-19 affected stocks like Hospitality Reits whose fortune also depends on the vaccine, then SATs has overrun or the Hospoitality Reits have lagged.  The hotels will be filled up if the airport traffic increases. If the airport remains quiet, SATs is going nowhere. CDL HT was around $1.63 at end Jan 2020. Based on current price it has an upside of 37% to reach its Jan 20 price. So if i were to invest today and decide between CDL HT and SATs, both with equally sound fundamentals and no new corporrate developments, I would put my money into CDL HT for an additional 15% potential upside.
