Glove companies have solid performance to outperform current mkt.  Whether dow is up or down (likely moving down over the coming months), you cannot take away the huge huge profits that is so obvious for the next few quarters.  The positive factors mentioned are definitely true and will be there for a while.. The negative factors or downiside risks such as a quick vaccine availablity or pandemic under is going to be a long shot. Many countries opening up may face a second wave. In fact the usage and demand of gloves will continue to be elevated due to safety and health consciousness going forward. With many analysts re-rating higher both Top Glove (RM20 to RM25) and RS (S$3.10), TP up another level at PE 23x to 35x.. UG just seems to be getting so much undervalued even at $1 (PE est at only 12x) imo now. This coming week, let go up basecamp at 90c before summiting to above $1 in the following weeks to come. Similarly last week when DOW up 800+ points, all Glove stock fell the following day. What' s  driving the  price of Glove companies positively are factors such as: 1. The high demand of gloves gloabally anbd the increase of ASP 2. Upward movement of price of Top Glove - biggest producer 3. Possible second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. 4. BB' s pushing up the price 5. Retailer FOMO mindset what' s affecting price negatively are: 1. News on availabilty of vacines for COVID-19 2. News on pandemic under control 3. Downward movement of Top Glove share price 4. BB pushing down the price 5. Contra traders kenna caught and have to sell Whatever it is , DOW and even STI movement has limited effect on share price of UG and Riverstone. Just be cautious as things can go either way. invest wisely and set target price and stop loss limit. Best not to trade contra with these stocks as the volatility can make or break you.. Therefore, it is not a sure thing that prices of UG and Riverstone will move up on Monday. If it is that predictable, then there will not be poor people anymore. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	yea, i hesistate to enter because it looks overbought and the Qs are actually are thin, very easy to move up/down. but like you say buying is strong, when buying is more than selling, very hard to see it move south. i just don' t know this buying is mostly retailer or BB. but seems to me BB distributing some, only to end up having strong retailer buying sentiments. everyone is aiming for $1. I can confidently say that if the buying of UG is strong with the buyers in big volume, then the price can only go up. Even if it retrace, it won?t move down much unless the main 70-75% shareholders participate in the market. This stock cannot based the buying on charts.
