I know his effort. Numbers are very very important, anyone can read numbers, but not everyone can discover the essence of business model and realise its challenge and perhaps fault. Besides, valuation is based on future numbers. Never count on a person with your own investment, CEO have turnaround the company, but growth is another story. You just try to helm the company first, before bashing it and the CEO when you do not even know the journey they have walked through this past 3 years. When all you did was read their FY2020 report lol, all you did was read numbers anyone can do that.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Is perfectly ok to sell and take profit and to buy at lower price.  Unless you are part of the synidcate, you will lose out and ended up very much poorer. If you read some of them have agenda in mind  and posting unfunmded rumours.  Not all penny stocks are only for gamblers. Look for value in the company. Look for the profit and the profit guidance posted by the board of directors. Pleaase note their profit guidance projected by the board of directors must be substianted by planning. Sgx will query the directors  if the projcted profit differ vastly from forecasted. For penny stock, your investment outlay is small.  I will suggest that everyone look for the following criterais. Their profit , their capital base - estimate how how they can continue as a going concern before they collapses, the trade they are in vis-a-vis the  present econodmic situation. One of the most important factors is to look at the board of directors. Who are the board of directors. In past years, mnay investors was under the impression that SGX did their sum when they allow chinese companies to list. Many investors literally loose everyqthing to China hongxing, Cina Milk, China ferrous etc. Even the analyst from bank will recommedning buy on China ferrous and the collapsed the next day.  Listen to gossips but  analyse carefully to avoid heavy losses.

Its recent good unaudited result already given 99% assurance of being exit from the watchlist. Further more SGX would not delist any company where so much effort has been put in to turn the business around. SGX also has to protect its reputation of attracting more IPO

Profit taking by BB 2. No stock will rise forever 3. Valuation needs time to justify 4. Current valuation has taken into account removal from watchlist and is too high 5. Food tech is too vague, no specific and substantial progress yet Having said that, long term is still a buy. This is you almost a month ago, how things have changed so quickly.
