The last time we gave Keppel scholar CEO Chris Ong 2 million free shares, prices shot up from 170+ to 210+. To get to $3, we need to give him 20 million free shares. To get to $10, we need to give him 200 million shares to make him a billionaire so we can all huat.

observe before ceo wong' s term end, his face was dark and gloomy ... dip in tom yum soup ... no smile. he knew there is a case against him which we later knew about it. after seatrium has been wash sqeaky clean, ceo chris ong 当 了 王 took over and have support from the board. he is smiling with confidence but smart not to over commit even though some of them pressured him. he stood his ground. let' s hope more supports are on the way |

What I personally like is that the CEO is from the ranks having
spent 25 years with the company at Keppel as an engineer.
He knows the business very well and working hard to achieve an Ebidta
target of 1b by 2028. Not someone parachuted in from some
consultancy firm. The signs are everywhere for Seatrium to be great
again and yes it's really cheap at 10 cts pre consolidation price. Cheap

Hopefully STM re-rates to at least the price of shares issued to Keppel shareholders at 12.2c ($2.44 today) soon. Given that was the price issued, that must at least set the floor of where STM should trade at, probably more longer-term. Will see what the 3Q update looks like. | ||||

Look in terms of percentage gain not absolute gain. If you have bought before consol at 6-7c, now is 10-10.5c. This equates to 67% gain within a year. If you bought after @ about 1.60, you make 40c profits = 25% gain within a short span of time. This is % gain is even better than Buffet' s performance. The question is whether Seatrium or us can maintain this. Quietly confident it will be a few times bagger. |

haha ... nia demerger from sci was doing far better it got worse with the rights issue @ 8c then follow by acquiring kom after consolidation it went below 8c to 7c now at chan is right 11c nia .... maybe the management will offer dividends to all the loyalists

this is the problem with consolidation. totally forgotten the history book now we call a big jump to $3 like so high after demerger from sci is above 20c which should be $4. now scm has morphed to seatrium, it should be above $4 ... don' t you think so dynamac no need consolidation is $0.65 .... consolidate to become a blue chip hover around $2 .... imo no big deal lah |
