For eg, they can throw 300 millions shares at 0.4 cents and 250 mil shares " done" and 50 mil shares still in the sell queue. After that they buy all those sell queue at 0.4 cents. I am pretty sure they sold more at 0.4 cents than they bought. why major shareholders never announce their share sale? In general, they never sell their shares, their " cronies" are the one selling, to entice you to buy, the major shareholders may even buy small stake at higher price as the " anticipated" good news about to flow in. Lastly, stop posting non-verified info which will mislead fellow market participants.
