Results announcement ( expected moderate )    2. Future projections ( expected strong) 3. Announcement on 9th Nov of the rights price and quantity

If buyer has no money to pay for completion of the purchase comes due date, the option expires and deposit for the property is Gone!    In this case, the property (WFS) is liken to an empty property not rented out as first half year already reported a huge loss and second half glaring at another big loss.  So several major issues must be resolved before confidence on SATS can return.. clarity of funding the purchase, be it loans at what interest rates? Rts at what price?,  the property generating good returns again (WFS back to making profits) , the stock price can go nowhere!  Just mho. Dyodd

This acquisition is not for short term quick gains. It is like taking on a large debt to buy a very expensive property that you know is certain to generate an income stream which will pay for itself and more - something which many do on a regular basis.
