Even without this piece of news on the Japanese covid variant, RS is already very attractive at this price. Strong feeling Medicals making a comeback very soon. Other sectors, tech, seasonal, blue chips all made their rounds pst months. These medical companies are still making lots of money. Vaccination fever dying down and variants coming out which may prove these vaccines less effective. I would start to accumulate again. For me, I am holding a fair bit of RS, UG and TG. So I am vested and maybe biased but I believe the medical will run again very soon. | ||||

Japan fears Covid-19 variants are behind possible fourth wave

April 05, 2021 17:29 pm +08 TOKYO (April 5): Japanese health authorities are concerned that variants of the coronavirus are driving a nascent fourth wave in the pandemic with just 109 days remaining until the Tokyo Olympics. The variants appear to be more infectious and may be resistant to vaccines, which are still not widely available in Japan. The situation is worst in Osaka, where infections hit fresh records last week, prompting the regional government to start targeted lockdown measures for one month from Monday. A mutant Covid-19 variant first discovered in Britain has taken hold in the Osaka region, spreading faster and filling up hospital beds with more serious cases than the original virus, according to Koji Wada, a government adviser on the pandemic. The thing is when on leverage mean u have more to lose than the BB.
BB can just pump more to the position to make thing goes slightly against u and when ur fund depleted and margin call, u can't top up, they win. So end of the day leverage maybe able to match the amount of fund but leverage have no advantage.

With CFD there is leverage Means he need to be quite rich to match BB too, don' t need match BB Eg. If BB trades 10 million shares, must be able to at least trade 1 million (if that CFD counter is at 10%) on open market so that he can trade 10 million on CFD to match BB

You can never fight with BB. You can only go along or get out of the way of the BB for the time being.
You need substantial amount of fund to even match the BB.

The more I see the trades at RS, the more I am convinced this the second leg of double bottom. Usually people more worried of buying and you get this sudden throw once in a while from force selling. The volume also low | ||||

If buy big trades consecutively can lose big.
If CFD is small trades, safer.
Margin not so safe as brokers allow you to hold bigger limits
