I am new on this issue right. My apologize where I not very understand what you mean? I received 2 forms, it seems I miss the one where need to done by end of 10 June. There are another form where need to be done by end of 16 June. I bought SIA using both CFP and Cash. I am now very consufe what should I do and i think I miss the subcribtion using CPF purchase? What can/should i do for the one need to be complete for 10 June? Attach 2 form/letter i received, can any expert here to advise what should I do now?
