I got email reply from HPH Trust IR Our unit price has been in quite some fluctuations recently. It had increased from the recent low of US$0.082 on 23 March to a recent high of US$0.131 on 15 April, and eventually went down to US$0.095 yesterday. We are unaware of any specific factors/reasons for these fluctuations in our unit price as they did not correlate with our business performance. Based on the latest global economic outlook, we will continue to focus on operational efficiency and cost management, as evidence by the Seaport Alliance in Hong Kong to promote additional efficiencies and increase the competitiveness of our ports. ****Don't fall into Big Shortists. Under review, HPH Trust' s postive net cash generated from operation has been very strong. Over the past years, several Billions HK dollars goodwill, Mega Million HK dollars depreciation, impairment are Non-Cash Flow, not affecting cash flow at all. Many investors oversighted very steady positive net cash generated from operation. Vested more at 9.6 to 9.7 cents. Dividend (DPU) yield is 20.6% based on FY2019' s total dividend of 11 HK cents and current market of 9.7 cents. HPH Trust is still captializing on the fast recovery of China economy in term of increasing China ports' s volume. Few of the key points i learnt from recent HPH AGM is effective and efficient operation and technologies to save operating costs, lower capital expenditure and refinancing bank loan at lower interest costs in very low interest rate enivornments to chart HPH trust for better future. This can likely increase positive cash flow.. |

 During the first ten days of June, container volume of eight major Chinese ports declined 1%, close to the same level as 2019.
According to the statistics released by China Ports and Harbours Association, the container cargo volume is continuing to recover in early June but is still trapped with low-growth. With the production resumption in overseas markets, the cargo volume is expected to improve in July. The crude oil shipments at major coastal ports increased 13.3% year-on-year as oil prices remained low. The growth rate of Qingdao port, Yantai port and Dalian port exceeded 10%, however, the storage capacity of several ports is close to saturation. |
