... last year no dividend declared but Tritech issue bonus warrants.

the wrts went as high as 0.109c !

this is better than giving dividend to all shareholders.

Look at the chart above, when Voyage Research promoted this stock that time @ 32cts .... it went all the way up to 53cts , this is before the stock split!
How can you lost on Tritech if you bought @ 32cts ?

Sir please check properly Voyage research promoted this stock that time was 32c to be exact , after which it never go up again...Than Mr Ray promoted the warrant last year and declared he sold at the first day when   warrant start trading... We started also sell knowingly Mr Ray run already but this stupid warrant was played up till almost 10c...that time without actual mother share go up...(Supposed mother and son should go togrther mah)...After that this Tritech price collapsed till now lah..No div. declared somemore after spinned off its marble son...so sad!

Did you lost much money on Tritech ?

I remember you bought Tritech @ 0.3x cts during Voyage Research presentation in late 2013, it went up to over 0.5x cts ...

then after the stock split it went further up to 27+ cts !

if the $4m went into management pay rise ...

in accounting term, you consider this a loss, in fact its profit made & that the $$$ went inside the management' s pocket?

like in the past reported loss are due to the construction of a mega membrane processing plant with five factories, expenses in purchase of quarry, acquisition of companies ... these are actually gain !!!

Thanks you brother SG for sharing , i understand that risk and rewards are in play. But the probability for you to lost more with warrent is also way greater, like some bros mention a coin have 2 sides. I might be wrong brother SG , thanks for sharing :)

As a trader, this is worth the risk.

Taking into consideration, the warrant is due in 2019 so plenty of time to hit that level or remotely close.

Plus my investment is relatively little compared to buying mothershare for the same value.

Worst case scenario, also wouldnt lose too much. Few hundreds or few thousands, definitely not end of the world.

Its all about calculated risk & reward.
