in their announcement, they make it very clear... due to crash in share price... no ppl want to lent them money. Placement also hard. No money how to expand? Imagine that you got no money, even you walk on the orchard road.. also no use.

Who knows if its still alive and kicking by that time,maybe between 350 lots to 1 or 500 lots to 1 as i don' t trust this company to pay off their debt with high operating cost anyway.

The Conversion Shares shall be issued free from all claims, charges, liens and other
encumbrances whatsoever and shall rank pari passu in all respects with and carry all rights similar to existing Shares,except that the Conversion Shares will not be entitled to any dividends,rights, allotments or other distributions, the Record Date for which falls before the date of allotment and issue of the Conversion Shares.Following the allotment and issuance of the Conversion Shares on 16 January 2017,the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 4,404,043,477 Shares to
4,992,278,771 Shares.The Conversion Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist with effect from 9.00 a.m on or about 18 January 2017.
The Conversion Price of S$0.00085 was determined by taking 85% of the average of the traded
volume weighted average price per Share for any three (3) consecutive Trading Days determined
at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bondholder, during the 30 Trading Days immediately preceding the relevant Conversion Date,being
20 November 2017 Following the allotment and issuance of the Conversion Shares on 20 November 2017, the issued and paid up share capital of the Company has increased from
6,756,984,650 Shares to 7,109,925,826 Shares.
Stop dreaming already as it grow from less than a million lots till over 7million lots and there are still more conversions needed to fund the operating cost till they pay off the debt or till the gold mine ran dry. |

VC have sold so much shares over the years and they don' t keep more than 15-17% shares if i remember correctly as the max shares they can hold is 30% if i am not wrong.This stock is already a goner and the directors are just buying time and earning from a dead stock by passing the debts to investors that are trying to gamble.
