Whoever wants to hv a slice of this black gold, now is the time. Its once in a life time which I never see such a continuous in rise in coal price. Thermal coal broke another record price of US$148/T in Nov' 21. It seems like all enviroment issues become a blessing in disguise to Golden & Geo Energy. | |||||

CNA (https://www.channelnewsasia.com/asia/china-floods-shanxi-province-evacuation-coal-mines-power-2235656) reported closure or suspension of many of the 60 coal mines in China' s Shanxi province becoz of floods. Look like coal price will continues to run for long long period that will benefit Golden Energy greatly....its valuation is indeed too cheap at current future price of (avg US$120/T) till Q1 of 2022. More upgrades on GE target price |

The company owned abt 87% of the total share, n a float of abt 305.8M share, it potentially cheap to take GE private at current price of 44c. It work out to abt 305.8M x 44c = S$134.552M or US$99.04M to privatize, especially not where Thermal & Met coals r breaking multi yrs high. Not to forget GE also has golden mine, Queensland' s largest gold mine. Ravenswood Gold. Gold price is also high..Please do ur due deligence! | |||||

When KGI put up the target price of 64c, thermal coal(US$50-70) & Met coal(abt US$160), but now they r US$120 & US$230 respectively. Since then Stanmore(subsidiary of GE) share price has move from abt AU$0.70 to 1.15.

With thermal coal(US$120) & Met coal(US$230), Golden Energy is literally digging gold. The company own abt 87% of GE,n can easily privatize. 2 marriage deals were done on 28th jul(53.4M) & 28Sep(15.69M), n each time the share moves up !!! To those who want to sell, please be informed that BB today shorted 1.145M share at 42.19c to control its rise.
