Suntec looks attractive (Distribution yield and NAV) too but the gearing put me off. The gearing is 37.3% and I am very concerned they will issue rights to lower the gearing. Thats right, this is one of the best valuation retail reits available, but there are a few more to choose from in other sectors. Suntec is another one, its mgmt is paring stake..... a good opportunity to accumulate? |
