The chairman had promised all stakeholders' interest will be taken into account and noone will be left out. New Noble still got ton of debt to pay off. It would also be a major blow for Chairman Paul Brough, who said he wanted avoid getting embroiled in another bankruptcy or continue to enjoy as much after earlier working on Lehman Brothers.
