1. What are the Management' s efforts to convince investors that the Processing Facility will be able to commence Commercial Production in March 2023?

Answer:
1. We had informed the status of each Project Milestone through the IDX announcements. Regarding the delay for the completion of the 3rd Milestone, there are small matters that need to be resolved first. The Group has made every effort to ensure that the Trial Production will be completed by the end of January 2023. The Commercial Production will be achievable by March 2023.

Question:
1. What is the production target for 2023?
2. How much Capex is needed to upgrade the capacity to 1,500 tons per day (&ldquo tpd&rdquo )? How long does it take to build?

Answer:
1. Our production target is to maximize the existing production capacity to 500 tpd according to its designed capacity.
2. The Capex for upgrading the capacity to 1,500 tpd is expected to be carried out 1-2 years after the Commercial Production of the existing Processing Facility. The costs for the upgrades will be re-evaluated.

Question:
1. If the Trial Production is completed at the end of January 2023 and the Commercial Production is in March 2023, what will the Group do in February 2023?
2. Based on the information which I had received, in Q3-2022, there were no exploration activities, what is the status of the ores that are required for production activities?
3. Does the Group has plans to mine other types of minerals, such as nickel or others?

Answer:
1. The Group will commence Commercial Production immediately after the completion of the Trial Production. However, this will be confirmed only after one month of running continuously at the desired processing rate of 500tpd.
2. The Group has already commenced open-pit mining activities and has sufficient stockpile that has been set aside for its production activities.
3. In the immediate future, the Group intends to focus on gold mining.

1. With regards to the delay of the completion of the 3rd Milestone, please explain in greater detail on what are the small matters that need to be resolved first?
2. Why was the completion of the Trial Production postponed until the end of January 2023? Is this related to the earthquakes that rocked West Java, especially the area adjacent to the Group' s Processing Facility in Sukabumi?

Answer:
1. The small matters include ensuring that the targets of Trial Production are achieved.
2. The earthquakes that rocked West Java had no impact on the Processing Facility and was not a factor in relation to the delay.

1. For the development of 1,500 tons per day, does the Group have plans for specific external funding? If so, what kind of funding scheme is the Group considering, and how much funds are expected to be raised?

Answer:
1. The Group is considering equity and debt financing options. In addition, it continues to be funded by its Parent Entities. The costs for the upgrades will be re-evaluated after Commercial Production of the existing Processing Facility is achieved.
