The push up did not have enough strength then, because of plenty of worries setting in.  I think the skies are quite clear now the market being oversold, all other worries are much blurred out and a new spring will show the way.  Huat arh!!

For those who have been to this country, besides visiting the Angkor Wat, Cambodia has been politically stable since Hun Sen consolidated his power. Next quarter is more optimistic.  Indochina is flourishing, and all neighboring countries are politically stable and economically sound.  What more can we demand?
