INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) of the Company refers to the announcement dated 2  June 2014 by the Company (the " Announcement" ) in relation to the proposed acquisition  by the Company of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of China Everbright Water  Investments Limited comprising one (1) issued and paid-up ordinary share of par value  US$1.00 on the terms of the Acquisition Agreement (the " Proposed Acquisition" ). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used herein shall have  the definitions ascribed to them in the Announcement. 2. APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISER Further to paragraph 11 of the Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that the  Company has appointed PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (" IFA" ) as the independent financial adviser to advise the Directors of the Company who are considered  independent for the purposes of the Whitewash Resolution (" Independent Directors" ) in  respect of the Proposed Acquisition and the proposed Whitewash Resolution.  A circular containing, inter alia, information on the Proposed Acquisition, the advice of the  IFA and the recommendations of the Independent Directors in respect of the proposed  Whitewash Resolution, will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.  3. CAUTION Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution in the trading of their  shares in the Company. The Proposed Acquisition is subject to, inter alia, the fulfilment of  the conditions of the Acquisition Agreement. There is no certainty and assurance as at the  date of this announcement that the Proposed Acquisition will be completed or that no  changes will be made to the terms thereof.  The Company will make the necessary announcements when there are further  developments on the Proposed Acquisition. Maybe after the deal is done then they announce but not before.   Only thing that can support the price is their Quarterly results..so expect the share price to drop and drop and drop to my basket at 65cts.

Think they have IPO for one of their company in Hong Kong coming up.   When listed , soon SinoG will be above a dollar. I think i will shift some money there. For now market do not know and they think CEI gets the best end of the deal. Once RTO is completed and CEW performs well then we can see $1.5 or even $5 depending on how well and how fast   CEW grows. The price will go down until the new CEW shows what it can do.
