x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I would like to give QTV some credit but after the lost court case, fund cancelled on mutual agreement (not QTV calling it off - this gives a very wrong preception.   It is obviously ICH wanting to cancel but QTV beg not to but still ICH refuse.) come and say got multinational investor' s.   If really got  multinational investor' s interest, why take up ICH offer whose terms are bad for existing shareholders in the first place?   If you over blow the balloon, it will burst.   Already burst some many balloons liao still want to blow a new one to bluff people.   The mgmt always like that.   Always painted a beautiful picture upright no matter what shitty situation they are in.   Then when things goes wrong, still continue to paint beautiful picture.   Not only so but painted a even bigger and nicer picture.   Now say mutinational interest but cannot say anything because of privacy.
