Wilton is more anxious than anyone esle to get the plant up and running, now just wait for diesel supply and main power to resume for the plant to function, as disclosed months back.

They do not need another offtake agreement to sell at 5% lower than the prevailing market price, if they have enough money to repay the loan and spare cash for daily operations.

Except For 2HFY24

" Revenue / Cost of sales / Gross profit For FY2024,

The Group sold a total of 1.1 kilograms (FY2023: 4.2 kilograms) of gold dore at an average price of approximately US$2,230/oz (FY2023: US$1,963/oz) of gold. Correspondingly, the Group recorded cost of sales of Rp 0.9 billion (&ldquo b&rdquo ) for FY2024 (FY2023: Rp 3.6b). As a result, the Group recorded gross profit of Rp 0.5b for FY2024 (FY2023: Rp 0.4b). "

They can sell the Gold Dore in the open Market by themselves , does not need a Third Party!

Here?s what I found out recently (as of mid-2025) about whether Wilton Resources? Ciemas Gold Project has resumed operations. The short answer: no, it has not fully resumed operations remain suspended or heavily disrupted. Below are the details and latest status. --- What the recent updates say 1. Processing facility remains non-operational. Wilton has stated multiple times that the processing facility at Ciemas is unable to operate, due to unstable power supply. Damage to roads and bridges have prevented delivery of essential supplies (fuel, reagents etc.). 2. No damage to core processing infrastructure reported. Important to note: even though operations are halted, Wilton reports that the processing facility itself (buildings, machinery) has not been physically damaged. 3. Weather / natural events major cause. Heavy rainfall (associated with La Niña) has caused flash floods, landslides, power outages, and destroyed or damaged access roads and bridges. These have impeded both power access and fuel / supply logistics. 4. Supply shortages (cyanide) and import permits issues had earlier reduced production. Though at one point cyanide supply was normalising and import permit approved, other operational challenges remained. 5. Financial / corporate moves show the company is still in ?problem solving / planning / strategic options? mode. They have raised capital to develop the project. Appointed professional firms to explore strategic options due to the disruption?s financial impact. --- Latest confirmed status (as of April ~ mid-2025) As of April 2025, the facility was still unable to operate. As of January 2025, operations were still suspended. No announcement as of the latest reports has confirmed that full operations have restarted. --- Conclusion The Ciemas Project is not currently in full operation. Key parts (especially processing) remain suspended because of power instability, supply/logistics issues (roads, fuel), and weather impacts.
