My view is - none of them can tell you with reasonable degree of certainty what is going to happen next BEFORE it happen. Only after it has happened then we know what happened. For example.... when Ascendas was hovering at 3.04 to 3.09 and doing the dingdong at this region, is there a way to know whether she is being distributed and that after that she will break below 3.04 to go lower? Becoz if there is a way, then what we should do is Pao Chiak leow - just Ka Ka SHORT her at 3.04 to 3.09 ... and after that see her break 3.04 to reach 2.97. It is only AFTER it has happened when we look back and connect the dots that we are then able to say that the dingdong at 3.04 to 3.09 was distribution, not re-accumulation. Likewise, if you are right that we are at the Spring stage, it means Ascendas wont go back down to 2.83 but will rally from current level. Again, there is no way to know BEFORE it happen whether your Spring scenario is correct. Only AFTER it has happened...assuming she really rally from here and never look back ... then we know your reading was right. By which time its too late for us to do anything already.

It is increasingly more obvious by now that $2.83 or below $2.90 was a bargain hunting ground and congrats to all TFA who manage to grab that chance presented. The buying from the low to the high created a " Tadpole" formation similar to that of a candle stick pattern known as " Hammer"   with a long tail, a confirmation of this reversal patterN  require the following week closing to be above the " Tadpole" closing($2.91) and that was achieved this week  with a closing price of $3.08. For those conservatives waiting for this confirmation will have to look for dips to join those brave early birds whom had a sumptious meal  of tadpoles.  1st support at $3.04 if broken will likely see an attempt to fill the gap between $3.01 and $2.99, resistances between $3.12/18 level. Only your own finger can determine whether you want are a ' NABEH' or ' HENG' , hope its finger clicking good  each time and WYOB always. What it means to me is lower low suggest chances of VIX making new low in the future ahead, can interpreted as the Dow trend is still up in the future ahead and there is chance of making new high too. Thus we reluctantly assigned a rating of " Avoid" . We could be wrong and if other development warrant us to upgrade will do so asap when that time comes around, for now WYOB.  Technically we also did not like that one day rally to 0.765 to be sold off the following day(however bull may reason that the monkey hasnt bought enough so hoot it down again), tho its too early to call  for a bottle of HEAD & SHOULDER shampoo, that sell-off does gave an impression of a right shoulder but till the neckline is broken with strong volume and follow through. Bro wave, If Monday sawadeekap beer break 0.72 what you said and my theory is exactly what will happen.. 11millions the whole day bidding at 0.72 and then I read from that beer thread many got filled at closing, the 0.725 offers size was only 3 to 4 mils. If got more potential buyer why prices cant go up?  And that sell-off from 0.765 after a one day rally wasnt a good thing either. Which is why I took a $125.01 lost, hope I am wrong tho and that rectangular base remain supported. After that the monkey slowly cover his SHORTs to book profits. Then when covered leow, he starts collecting LONGs. It is no different in the latest FOMC minutes,    listening to his  speech you become very calm with such objective " Maximum employment and price stability" , these words  can hipnotize anyone even its been used for several decades already. Inflation this year will only be transitory due to low number being drop out of calculation etc and will go back down next year so its ok 10 yields can rise now, not a problem, so Dow rally, whatever....job done financial market calmer now wont over react to rise in bond yields liao. Thats y Jerome Powell is now the " Father of Interest Rates' so everybody listen, rates is not going up till end of 2023 because the economy still has a great deal of uncertainty in the next 2 to 3 years.
