Both sides got story to tell. Now the question is which side to believe. Both also suffer big losses because of deal called off. But may rebound soon. I m also thinking of buying some ezion.

That said, Ezion is taking advantage of Ocean Sky, wanting to buy them out cheap, must give some credit to Ocean Sky as well for rejecting the deal to protect the interest of minority shareholders. Guess never expect to be this ugly. 60% drop in 2 days.
