Can see that you are a fan of REITs. Me a REIT freak also. I like them for their tenacity and most importantly for their " Sure Come" quality. When they fall, after the falling is done, they " sure come" back up. Which makes BUY ON PULLBACK a viable strategy becoz one fine day, they will U-Turn and do the " sure come" back up thingy. Not like SPH, Ezion and Hyflux.... when they fell, they fell and remained down there. Definitely no " sure come" quality in these 3. If park money in them when they were falling, it will be a case of BUY WHAT STUCK WHAT.  Stick around...share your views on the REITs you are familiar with... take the lead...make some calls when the time is ripe... and the rest you can leave it to the nice folks here. Let those who have ears and want to listen, listen. Let those who have eyes to see and want to follow, follow. And dont you worrry about a call which turns awry. No worries about that. We are all adults here.

But in my opinion if things go well they will continue to go up. They are all still trading well below their nav I think.

Any of the well sponsored capital, Fraser or mapletree. But they have all started to move up . Barring another covid there's a lot more room for them. The ones I have only maple north Asia has not moved much. Technically it is not ready to move. And yes hospitality means hotels. I will avoid those w heavy us exposure ( look at eagle). This segment benefited most recently from the vaccine news. All jumped up quite a bit.

Thanks for your insights. Which retail reits and hospitality reits you recommend? As for hospitality reits, do you mean hotels? With borders remaining largely closed, hotel occupancy rate will still be very low.

For reits I will avoid industrial and logistics for the time being. They recovered v quickly from march low and have been coming down since vaccine news. I think funds are rotating to other reits in commercial and retails or even hospitality which have been moving up recently. Forward looking ... Economy Recovery in play. It was logistics or factory spaces would still be needed type of play for industrial/logistics during the pandemic earlier in the year. | ||||

Should wait until all the GRs turn together. Why is it when they U-Turn, they will all turn together ar? Becoz most probably, the same Tua Phows who, like us, are also smart and also know which of the REITs are good to park money in. And so they dont just buy one but a few of them or all of them. And I am sure the ones we have identified as GRs... the Tua Phows also agree are the ones they should buy. Which explains why my GRs will all turn together. Becoz when the Tua Phows start buying, they buy all. Imagine each of my GRs continues to fall another 10 cts. Then so wasted if you start buying them today at 10 cts higher, right? So I will wait some more.

Can be cheaper still if funds are not done with selling. Maybe...2.70-series or 2.80-series.  Mar Low was damn bagus man - 2.20-series.    ![]() From 2.22 cheong to 3.65 in just 4 mths. That' s a chunk of meat weighing 143 kg hor.    ![]() At current price of 2.90-series.... that chunk of meat is at best 75 kg unless she wants to show us a New High above 3.65.

For me, the only reason I need to buy my GRs is becoz Tua Phows buy them. Again for those who missed my earlier posting and especially Sis Ah Mah.... Tua Phows means funds, institutions and high net worth retail investors. People like General SibehHengJagong, Bro Papasan Kendolah, Bro FuGuiHua Luzern, General HuaMulanMeiXin, Bro KangChiangTowkay rotijal, Bro CycleEverywhere TikTalk and last but not least, Sis Ah Mah yourself. My GRs... Tua Phows buy them in the thousands and high hundreds. When Tua Phows buy, one upswing can be 20 cts...30 cts... 40 cts...even up to 80 cts. It all depends on how low they dip to. The lower they dip, the more meat they will produce in their upswings. This is the meat I go for. The dividend is not the reason but is a bonus if I happen to hold long enough to get it. Their meat is worth many times their dividends. So lower DPU due to COVID doesnt bother me. What' s important is that their upswings from each dip are still meaty and worth parking money in.
