IMHO, I think it depends on whether you planning for chicken run, or have a longer term outlook. If for chicken run, I would not enter today since it is friday and monday' s price action is a huge unknown. Also, there has been a lot of buying over the last week or so, and a pullback is expected (already started, dunno when it will end). However, if your longer term goal is like 2.2x or 2.3x, then 2.06 may be a good starting ground to " opening ceremony" and start monitoring and planning your game plan. My 2cents from having tracking this guy for 1 year+ already.. Due to stuckist positions since pre-covid.

Gam xia Bro Wave.. Market still quite hard to trade, so really need to carefully plan my trades. Nowadays, I only dare to long.. No bolas to play on short side, cos if kenna squeeze, will easily trigger my SL. For longs, I don' t set SL since I take a longer view of the trend, but if things go south due to change in macro/TA/FA, I will consider cutting.

Thanks Gen Lucky! And congrats on your haul too, Bro Max! I wanted to sit out and see how high the monkey wanted to take SAX to (9.3x was my target), but somehow the monkey wasn' t willing.. So after 2 upmove cycles (which I didn' t cash out), I decided to exit.. My trade duration is now much longer, as I don' t have too much time to monitor the markets.. So I stick to familiar stocks like SAX, which tends to have a resident monkey and good interest from retails - this gives us more meat to trade the swings. Though TBH, I don' t think we will see low $8.xx anymore. If we do, I will cheong in (hopefully got bolas again).. haha |

Imagine you can see everybody stop loss orders. All the shortists who have their stop losses above recent highs, all the bulls who have their stop loss orders below recent low. You are the BB and like a pacman, your job is to collect both sides of liquidity to fulfill your own orders. How will you play with the price so that you collect everything? | ||||

Haha.. Miss Sexy finally rewarded me... I gambled with her for a few ups and downs - had wanted to see her hit > 9.30, but after 2 upmoves over the last few weeks, I decided to cash out (added additional lots along the way). Not a bad haul for a punt.

Bro Westlake, You know a few days back, Top Glove reported record profits. That same day, she fell 7 cts intraday. I dunno how she closed that day I didnt notice. But I did notice that the market celebrated and rejoiced over her record profit by selling her down. Top Glove was the 1st amongst the COVID stocks to report her results. This is like an advance warning system of what to expect when the other COVID stocks report their results which everyone already knows will be good. I was asking myself - if I have half a million to park in a good stock, will I park it in Miss Rivers ? Or am I alot alot alot safer parking it in my GRs ? When the selling is done, my GRs will recover. Miss River... for her to revisit her peak, a monkey must come back. A strong monkey who wants to start another round of speculative fever. Not just any monkey. If its just any monkey, then we get a small round of musical chairs only. The music wont play all the way to the peak.
